Minlane for organisations
Minlane was built for one family — to preserve a mother's stories before it was too late. A son in Dallas, his mother in India. A phone call in Hindi that became a memoir chapter in his inbox that morning.
We are now asking whether this can work inside care facilities, hospices, and cultural organisations — where dozens or hundreds of people have the same need, and no one is capturing it. We are looking for early partners willing to pilot with us.

Where we see the fit
01
Care & Retirement Facilities
Most residents have lived extraordinary lives — war, migration, love, loss. Most of those stories will disappear when they do. When families call together through Minlane — in the resident's own language — the conversation becomes a written chapter delivered to the family. The resident feels heard. The family stays close. The facility offers something meaningful that most competitors cannot.
The resident just picks up the phone. No app. No account. No training. Your staff spend zero time on it.
02
Hospitals & Hospice Care
Life review — structured recollection of a person's own story — is widely recognised as reducing anxiety and improving dignity at end of life. Minlane delivers something close to this without adding to clinical workloads. A family-led call is captured, a chapter is written, and the family receives it. At the most important moment, you give them something that outlasts the stay.
No therapist time. No clinical resource. The call happens, the chapter is written, the family receives it.
03
Cultural & Diaspora Organisations
Community foundations and diaspora groups are custodians of living history that no formal archive has captured. Gujarati business families who built entire high streets. Sylheti elders whose language has almost no written form. Minlane preserves that history in the language it was lived in — before the generation that holds it is gone.
Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Arabic, Bengali, Tamil, Urdu, and more. Built for communities standard tools cannot reach.
How it works today
A family member creates an account and adds their loved one — name, phone number, language. That is the setup. From then on, the family can call their loved one through Minlane, and the conversation becomes a memoir chapter delivered by email to whoever they choose.
The elder needs nothing. No smartphone. No app. No account. They just pick up when the phone rings — and the call sounds like any other family call, in their own language.
Families can also send WhatsApp voice notes or email recordings — the pipeline is the same. Every message becomes a chapter.

Minlane is a small, founder-led product. We are not pitching to hundreds of organisations. We are looking for two or three facilities or groups who see the same problem we see, and want to work through what a real pilot looks like — together.
Pilot pricing is per-resident. Every family member in their circle — however many, wherever they are in the world — is included at no extra cost. There is no procurement process. If this sounds relevant, send us an email.
Tell us: what sector you are in, roughly how many people you are thinking about, and what the languages involved would be. We will reply within one business day with honest answers.
No automated response. The founder will reply.
Data processing agreements provided on request.
We can run a demo with a real call and a real output before any commitment.
No contract required to start a pilot.
